Most of these were very instructional. I would say that the first one that Ravi did was spoiled by the constant zooming in and out of the IDE, some control over that would have been nice. Also, given that there wasn't a whole lot of movement in the video, a Camtasia setting of 5 would have been perfectly adequate - this would have made the videos *much* smaller and more downloadable. A 20 minute video should take 10-15 Mb, not 120Mb!Appreciate the time and effort put into them.

Such as? What videos would you like? Probably worthwhile to tell CodeGear what you would like to see videos of :-) The problem with "real world" videos is that CodeGear build IDEs based on customer feedback, I don't think they do a lot of SEAM, JSF, Groovy, Struts (ick!), Wicket, EJB, JSP, HTML, Javascript, AppFuse, etc development and neither would I (as a user) want them to. I'd prefer to give them feedback on what they should be building to help me, so it is probably better to get someone else to do the videos, in which case, they need to know what to ask for.

You only get (working) videos when they are trying to sell you something. Even then they rarely demonstrate anything of real-world value. I'd be happy if they'd just put up videos (and keep them up) showing how to do common tasks in JBuilder.

JBuilder 2008 Application Factories Screencasts

From the JBuilder startup page there is a bullet about watching videos on importing legacy projects into JBuilder 2008. I follow that link and it takes me to a dead-end. There are a list of videos but none of them say anything about importing. There seems to be a big disconnect. Where's the video?
