Delphi for PHP User's Guide PDF

I'm Very disappointed with the documentation for this product. Borland used to be a first class act with their development tools, but not in this case. To charge nearly $300 for a product that forces you to have to read through the class listings to figure out how to use the components is just plain BS. I'm SO glad I didn't just buy this product based on my previous feelings on Borland. They have a long way to go with this before it's worth the price they are charging. On the UP side, if and when they can get it together, this product has the potential to ROCK. But, not now.

Unfortunately - this is the worst user guide i have every seen issued with a borland product! If Borland want to retain their loyal support base they are going to have to do better than this.

I'm a little bit astonished when I see the powerty of this user guide. The product is sold without any user guide and the worst without any user guide in local country language as in france.I'm french and in France you must sell a product with a documentation IN FRENCH.Besides, in the past Borland had illustrated docs. Now it's text text and text... Imagine a beginner with this tool. I'm desapointed. It seems that Delphi for PHP is not finished.. or has been too quickly released.

This download appears to be identical to the manual which appears when you select "IDE Help Contents" from the "Help" menu within Delphi for PHP.A much better (and growing) source of information is the VCL for PHP Project Website:http://www.qadram.com/vcl4php/index.phpIn particular the Class Reference will be very useful (http://www.qadram.com/vcl4php/vcldoc/index.html).

I haven't had any chance to read it yet but.Thank you,This is a great first step. But what I really hope for is that you will be improving the online help first by integrating the PHP help that is included with the product and second by at the very least periodicaly (for example once a week) provide a recompiled VCL4PHP help file including the latest changes.
