      <description><![CDATA[In response to the remark that Borland is looking for feature requests that only Borland can do I have the following suggestion:"Pascal became big thanks to its presence in the class-room. However, Delphi gradually evolved into something even the teachers can not grasp. I suggest to facilitate the creation of interactive tutorial plugins. This can be done in many ways for many sorts of purposes: Screen-captures, blinking IDE, wizards that not only are quick but also clear, office assistents ;-), etc. Off course there should be Delphi tutorials, but component/plugin vendors might also be interested in making their own."]]></description>
