<content>&quot;C++ provides cross platform support, but it is difficult to obtain the same degree of productivity in C++ that you can get in languages such as CSharp, Java or Python.&quot; mmm, why? What`s the productivity problem with c++ languaje?     Perhaps the development tools are not as powerfull as this other languajes tools. Or perhaps the frameworks.  </content>

<content>In the case of Java and Python, they're cross-platform. C# ostensibly is (with Mono). Delphi isn't (yet).What would be interesting would be utilizing the Mono namespace from within Delphi 8.Net...</content>

<content>I liked the article, and understood that it was a CSharp article; however, I was perplexed by the list of languages at the end of the article, which did not include Delphi.  Was this omission deliberate?  Is there some special issue with Delphi.Net and Mono?</content>
