C#Builder Personal for free non-commercial development

I am just wondering why the Personal downloadable version of C#Builder is advertised as "free non-commercial development"? Once installed, I launched the "Borland Product License Manager" and the node "C# Builder Personal/Non-Commercial use only:" is set to "no" which would indicate that you can in fact develop commercial applications... Hi,I'm downloading C#Builder for over 5 hours now, with 8.5 KB/sec. The HTTP-download seems to be broken; clicking the link redirects to www.borland.com always.Is there any faster mirror available?TIAAchim
