The Dynamics of Agile Software Processes, Part I: Characteristics

Having been in this 'agile' process for the last 18 months I found the article very relevant. I have talked in the past of 'prototyping' but knew this was not the idea i wanted to put across but have now armed myself with 'Agile Software Processes' as a term that explains the process much better.A great article. Thanks
