<content>imho it is not product comparison, but methodology of software development. I agree with the contents of this article, it's true that using RAD tools speeds the develpment time and reduce costs, but the idea of making this comparision is the same as, for instance &quot;Visual Basic&quot; and &quot;Borland Compiler&quot;(command-line version)&quot;.</content>
