I think the same as Mike, J., don't hold back your feelings, that's what this Community is all about; not only programming but also sharing life experiences. Unfortunately, in life it seems bad times are more (or they hurt more) than the good times. That's why we have to be together and stand by each other in both. Best of luck for you in your new life.

JDH:Thanks for the all the news updates you provide.... and don't worry about providing "too much information" about the things that really affect you. Sure, we're all trained to walk around as if we're never in the middle of a disaster, but many of us eventually realize that this gets us nowhere. Also, without that information, your behavior might be misinterpreted. In a discussion at our post-conference steak & wine dinner, I was granting that the recent uneven performance of one TeamB member might be explained by being in the middle of "a year from hell." The guy next to me guessed: "You mean, like, a divorce or something?"So you see, it's all around us.... and even if you never go through that particular kind of hell, there's plenty of personal disaster ahead for all of us. Fortunately, there's immeasurable joy ahead too. (and not just in great California Cabs)Hang in there, pal, and thanks again for all your work.mIKE
