JBuilder 5 Enterprise fails to launch

I have had the same problem installing under Windows 2000. The fellow from European support said this was because I have Jbuilder4 already installed. There was nothing about this happening in any of the documentation. Can you give a more complete description on why this problem is arising and why problems with Jbuilder4 being installed were not mentioned in the documentation.

JBuilder 5 Professional

JBuilder 5 works fine but if I scroll and stop scrolling in the Source window I see temporary garbage: Lines that are missing the top or bottom half of the font or lines missing altogether. Clicking once or twice in the Source window clears the problem. Should I just live with it or is there something I can do to clear up the effect? I have a 17 inch terminal set for 1024x768. Running Windows 98.tscott@ednet.net
