serial number did not get to me via Email yet.

I have filled all the forms for registration, ir order to get the access code and serial number, but as of yet, I have not received them... Whom can I contact to get my access codes?I can't use the product without those codes. I just bought Jbuilder 4 this morning, unly to find out this afternoon that ver 5 is out already, no updates there for the personal edition?
