Delphi Debug Expert

Nice idea, but it's implementation falls short. It does add a new menu item for a "Run No-Debug", but it semi-disables the *real* F9 for run. After installing this package, F9 now only runs when Code Editor has focus. If a Form or the Object Inspector have focus in the IDE, F9 is dead. (D5)
